Outreach Programs For At-risk Teens

Our outreach program for teens is a way to help the dogs we are rehabilitating. After our rescue dogs are evaluated by the certified dog trainer, we pair the dogs with the teens. They will get the opportunity to:

• Work with their paired doggy under the supervision of a certified trainer.
• They teach the teen how to rehabilitate the rescue for dog rehoming services.
• The teen will be responsible for walking the dogs around the property.
• We teach the teens how to train the dogs from pulling on the leash.
• They will train them in basic obedience like sit, down, stay, come & leave it.
